Southern Generators & Electrical (SGH) have a long term contract to provide power, lighting, air conditioning and the entire electrical infrastructure for the interim passenger terminal at Barangaroo Wharf- Sydney. NSW.

The Barangaroo Wharf 5 Interim Passenger Terminal is fully equipped and of similar size and proportions to the old, recently de-commissioned  Darling Harbour Wharf 8 facility. On-site there is an arrivals and departures facility, AQIS and customs offices as well as a kiosk for passengers. The passenger terminal caters for up to 4000 passengers per day when a ship is in dock.

SGH have supplied the power with 3x 250kVA diesel powered silent generator sets that are synchronised to stop and start automatically  as load changes, a further standby generator for essential services and also 7 mobile lighting towers.

SGH are also providing an on-site refuelling service to all of the generators and light towers to ensure the welcome continues. 

SGH are powering Sydney shipping wharf with 4 synchronised 250kVA diesel generators and light towers.
